How many Durable Object classes an account can have

Free plan
100 classes. Only the SQLite backend can be created.
Paid plan
500 classes. New classes should use SQLite. The key-value backend remains only for accounts that already have one.
What it means
The number of individual objects is unlimited. Each object is single-threaded and has a soft limit around 1,000 requests per second.
What it does to a bill
Class count is not a fee. Requests, duration, and storage are the meters.
