Free plan
The limits page's error section says the Free per-object cap in this message is 1 GB. The same page's table says 10 GB. See the storage limit page for the conflict.
Paid plan
Paid per-object storage in that section is 10 GB.
What it means
The error text is `database or disk is full: SQLITE_FULL`. Reads and deletes still succeed.
What it does to a bill
Storage above the 5 GB pricing allowance is $0.20/GB-month on Paid, until you hit the hard cap.
