Free plan
The docs say hundreds of requests per second can return 429 Too Many Requests, and bandwidth may be throttled.
Paid plan
Use a custom domain for production. The limit is variable, so there is no single cutoff to put in a budget.
What it means
This is a test-endpoint limit, not the Class B price.
What it does to a bill
Moving to a custom domain removes this throttle. It does not make Class B free.
