Hundreds of requests per second can be throttled with HTTP 429. Throughput can be throttled too.
Paid plan
The same warning. Production traffic should use a custom domain.
What it means
The docs describe the threshold as hundreds of requests per second and say it is variable. There is no single published number.
What it does to a bill
A custom domain is how you leave the test endpoint. It does not by itself add a Worker request charge.
