When Cloudflare free quotas reset
Free plan · plan
Daily caps reset at 00:00 UTC. R2's free tier is monthly.
Free plan
Workers requests, KV operations, D1 rows, Queues operations, and Durable Object requests and duration are daily.
Paid plan
Paid included amounts reset on the subscription renewal date, which is the day you first subscribed. That is a different clock from midnight UTC.
What it means
The D1 pricing footnotes say this directly. The Workers limits page says the same midnight reset for the 100,000 request cap.
What it does to a bill
This calculator divides a monthly number by 30 to describe a typical day. Your invoice month may not be 30 days.
