The Worker exceeded a runtime limit, most often CPU.
Free plan
On the Free plan the usual cause is more than 10 ms of CPU.
Paid plan
On Paid, 1102 means the invocation passed its CPU limit (default 30 seconds, max 5 minutes) or the memory limit. Both are documented as 1102.
What it means
The errors page says 1102 is the CPU time limit. The limits page also returns 1102 for memory. Read both before you only look at CPU.
What it does to a bill
Raising cpu_ms on Paid can trade a 1102 for a real CPU charge if the work is actually expensive.
