Workers CPU time limit
Limit · workers
10 ms per invocation on Free. Up to 5 minutes on Paid, default 30 seconds.
Free plan
10 ms of CPU per invocation. Exceeding it returns error 1102.
Paid plan
Default 30 seconds, configurable to 5 minutes (300,000 ms) for HTTP. A cron shorter than one hour stays at 30 seconds of CPU; a cron of one hour or more can use 15 minutes. Queue consumers follow the same 15 minute ceiling on the pricing page.
What it means
CPU is active execution. Waiting on fetch, KV, or D1 does not count. The pricing page says the average Worker uses about 2.2 ms.
What it does to a bill
Paid CPU is a monthly pool: 30 million ms included, then $0.02 per million. The per-invocation cap is separate from that pool.
