The pricing page says those operations are included. It does not publish a Free overage price, so this calculator does not invent one.
Paid plan
1 million operations a month, then $0.40 per million, prorated. Retention defaults to 4 days.
What it means
Count three operations per delivered message, and more when the payload exceeds 64 KB or when you retry.
What it does to a bill
A queue that only exists to retry webhooks can fit on Free if the day stays under 10,000 operations.
