KV is eventually consistent and bills per key operation. A database session table bills rows and, on D1, scans.

The included million writes is an exact boundary. Write 1,000,001 keys and the next million is $5, prorated only for the keys past 1 million, not rounded up like R2.

KV writes cost ten times the reads

Paid reads are $0.50 per million after 10 million. Writes, deletes, and lists are $5 per million after 1 million. The same key can be written once per second. Free daily caps fail the operation instead of billing it, and they reset at 00:00 UTC.
