The error list includes `D1 DB is overloaded. Too many requests queued.` and `D1 DB is overloaded. Requests queued for too long.`
Paid plan
The same messages. The fix in the docs is to make queries cheaper, spread them out, or shard.
What it means
These are capacity errors, not the row-read invoice.
What it does to a bill
A scan that is cheap per row can still overload D1 if you fire it on every request.
